We had a fantastic stay at the riviera. the hotel is brand new and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a true four-star experience. the location is perfect, just a short 10-minute taxi ride to the airport for only 15 euros. everything was clean and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. breakfast was good, with a great variety of options, and i must commend the young gentleman who provided excellent service.

But man, I had some real issues! The taxi service recommended by the hotel was a nightmare—the driver didn't stick to the quoted price and literally dumped my baby on the street when he dropped us off! Plus, no running water when I arrived, which was just unacceptable. After a long trip, I expected better than rude staff arguing over a couple of euros for minibar water! Super disappointing!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Riviera with our four-month-old baby during a layover between flights. The bed was comfortable, and the modern amenities made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was good, and the staff, especially the friendly young man at breakfast, were helpful. The hotel's proximity to key landmarks like Tanners' Bridge and the peaceful garden area added to our family's relaxation. While there are a few areas for improvement, such as enhancing breakfast options and ensuring all staff speak English, we would happily recommend this hotel for families.
